Last year Tom Stratton and Michael Britt, partly inspired by an article by Lou Lesko, brought together a group of like minded visionaries at the Collision Conference who ushered in the the convergence of photography and motion at the first event of it's kind. Today, a year later, it's a new story. What started as a collision of two industries has emerged as an industry unto itself.

The PhotoCine Expo continues the conversation Tom, Michael and Lou started at the beginning of the HDSLR revolution. Shooting video with HDSLRs has become main stream for film and television. It has also become a thriving cottage industry that has grown to support this new type of filmmaking.

Join us at the PhotoCine Expo where familiar pioneers and new faces will come together in Hollywood at the Los Angeles Film School on September 25th and 26th 2010. It's an event not to be missed for HDSLR photographers new to video as well as working filmmakers. The expo floor has doubled in size accommodating twice as many exhibitors eager to let you get your hands on all the cutting edge gear you read about on the HDSLR blogs.
